Elderberry Pie
makes around 2 pies
(from my grandmother)
2½ cups elderberries
¾ cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
stem and wash berries, fill pie shell
mix dry ingredients, sprinkle over berries
bake at 425 (°F) for 10 minutes
then at 350 (°F) for 30 minutes more
